摘要
高等教育领域的一流应用型大学建设正如火如荼地进行,地方院校在这场建设中面临新的机遇和挑战。文章以福建省某应用型高校课堂教学质量提升为研究目标,探讨了课堂教学日常监控与评价工作各主要构成要素的现实情况与优化策略。按照“实践—修正—再实践—再修正—推广应用”的管理思路,结合学校实际,努力形成“评价—反馈—改进—跟踪”四步循环的持续改进工作机制,不断调整完善课堂教学日常监控与评价工作,提高课堂教学质量。
The construction of first-class applied universities in the field of higher education is in full swing,and local undergraduate colleges are facing new opportunities and challenges in this construction.This article takes the improvement of classroom teaching quality in a new application-oriented university in Fujian as the research goal,and discusses the reality and optimization strategies of the main components of the daily monitoring and evaluation of classroom teaching.According to the management idea of"practice-correction-re-practice-re-correction-promotion and application",combined with the actual situation of the school,strive to form a four-step continuous improvement work mechanism of"evaluation-feedback-improvement-tracking",and constantly adjust and improve the daily monitoring and evaluation of classroom teaching work to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
