物联网背景下电气自动化的发展研究

Research on the Development of Electrical Automation Under the Background of Internet of Things

电气自动化的出现与发展解决了传统工业生产中的低效率问题,而物联网时代的到来则为电气自动化的进一步发展提供了技术支撑。文章基于此,首先阐释了物联网的概念与功能,剖析了电气自动化的特征以及应用,继而从优化设备管理、加强生产监控、加强安全管理、打造数字工厂四个维度探讨了物联网在电气自动化发展中的作用,并提出了电气自动化发展的对策。

The emergence and development of electrical automation solve the problem of low efficiency in traditional industrial production,and the advent of the Internet of things provides technical support for the further development of electrical automation.Based on this,this paper first explains the concept and function of the Internet of things,analyzes the characteristics and application of electrical automation,then discusses the role of the Internet of things in the development of electrical automation from the four dimensions of optimizing equipment management,strengthening production monitoring,strengthening safety management and building a digital factory,and puts forward the Countermeasures for the development of electrical automation.
