摘要
以四川省86家民营企业为样本,基于战略认知理论和TOE理论,采用定性比较分析方法,构建“个人-组织-技术-环境”4个层面共7个影响因素的组态效应理论框架,探讨企业商业模式创新的驱动路径。结果显示:影响企业商业模式创新的组态内部各要素之间具有一定的替代性;高商业模式创新驱动有5种模式,总体分为内因驱动型和内外联动型两种类型;非高企业绩效存在4条差异化路径,与高绩效的驱动机制存在非对称性关系。研究丰富了商业模式创新产出的机制,可为企业实施商业模式创新提供一定的指导和借鉴。
Taking 86 private enterprises in Sichuan province as samples, based on strategic cognitive theory and TOE theory, using qualitative comparative analysis method, this paper constructs the theoretical framework of configuration effect of seven influencing factors at four levels of "individual-organization-technology-environment", and explores the driving path of business model innovation. The results show that:(1) there are substitutive factors in the configuration of business model innovation;(2) there are five driving modes of high business model innovation, there are four differentiation paths in non-high firm performance, and there is an asymmetric relationship between them and the driving mechanism of high firm performance. The study enriches the mechanism of business model innovation output, and can provide some guidance and reference for enterprises to implement business model innovation.
