当前,网络舆情已成为情报学、传播学、系统科学等学科的重要研究主题。为探究网络舆情反转领域的研究进展和要点,梳理国外在该领域发展探索的脉络,总结归纳其研究热点,以收录于Web of Science核心集2011-2021年的文献为样本,通过文献计量学的相关理论和方法,利用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。从文献年代和空间分布、机构地区及合作、关键词共现图谱分析、突现词图表分析等方面,探索网络舆情反转领域的发展概况和热点问题,对现有研究成果进行分析,总结出在未来的研究中值得研究者们投入关注的问题和方向,为该领域的后续研究提供建议和参考。

At present, network public opinion has become an important research topic of information science, communication science, system science and other disciplines. In order to explore the research progress and key points in the field of online public opinion reversal, sort out the context of foreign development and exploration in this field, summarize and summarize its research hot spots, take the documents included in the core collection of web of science from 2011 to 2021 as samples, and use CiteSpace software for visual analysis through the relevant theories and methods of bibliometrics. From the aspects of document age and spatial distribution, organization region and cooperation, keyword co-occurrence map analysis, and emergent word chart analysis, this paper explores the development overview and hot issues in the field of online public opinion reversal, and analyzes the existing research results, and summarize the problems and directions worthy of researchers′ attention in future research, which can provide suggestions and references for follow-up research in this field.
