摘要
在水相法肖顿-鲍曼反应中分别以不同的氨基酸和月桂酰氯为原料合成了N-月桂酰基甘氨酸钠(SLGly)、N-月桂酰基丙氨酸钠(SLAla)、N-月桂酰基肌氨酸钠(SLSar)和N-月桂酰基谷氨酸钠(SLGlu),并比较了纯化产品的性能。实验结果表明:四种N-月桂酰基氨基酸钠的克拉夫特点均比月桂酸钠(SL)低,且除SLGly外均小于0℃;SLAla的起泡性和稳泡性可与AES相媲美;除因SLGlu亲水性太强外,其他三种N-月桂酰基氨基酸钠的润湿力、乳化力和去污力均较好。
Sodium N-lauroyl glycine(SLGly),sodium N-lauroyl alanine(SLAla),sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate(SLSar)and sodium N-lauroyl glutamate(SLGlu)is synthesized from lauroyl chloride and four amino acids in the aqueous Shotton-Baumann reaction,and performances of four purified sodium N-lauroyl amino acids are compared with one another.Experimental results show that Kraft points of four products are lower than that of sodium laurate(SL),and even lower than 0℃except for SLGly,The foam boosting and foam stability of SLAla is as good as those of AES.All products show good wettability,emulsifying power and detergency except for SLGlu due to its strong hydrophilicity.
