罗颂平教授辨治妇人产后诸病案例赏析

从辨治思路、用药特色等方面对岐黄学者罗颂平教授临证辨治妇人产后缺乳、产后恶露不绝、产后身痛等案例进行分析。罗教授强调产后疾病具有气血津液亏虚、元气受损、瘀血内阻等病因病机特点,治疗上应固护气血津液、补益肾气肾精,活血化瘀等攻伐之法宜中病即止。同时根据患者病证,或兼清热凉血、疏肝柔肝、健脾和中、祛风散寒除湿等。

This paper analyzes the cases of Qihuang scholar professor LUO Songping's clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of postpartum hypogalactia,postpartum lochia,and postpartum body pain from the perspectives of differentiation and treatment ideas and drug characteristics.Professor LUO emphasized that postpartum diseases have the characteristics of pathogenesis such as deficiency of Qi,blood and body fluid,damage of vitality,and internal resistance of blood stasis.In the treatment,methods such as consolidating Qi,blood and body fluid,nourishing kidney Qi and kidney essence,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis must be discontinued as long as it effects a cure and cannot be taken for a long time.At the same time,according to the patient's symptoms,or simultaneously clearing heat and cooling blood,soothing the liver and softening the liver,invigorating the spleen and neutralizing the middle,dispelling wind,dispelling cold and removing dampness.
