摘要
以武汉地区有一定种植规模的12个猕猴桃(Actinidia chinensis)栽培品种和2个野生驯化品种为试验材料,采用叶绿素荧光参数F/F法和高温半致死温度进行猕猴桃耐热性评价。结果表明,武汉地区猕猴桃栽培品种的叶绿素荧光参数F/F值在0.585 5~0.815 5,高温半致死温度(LT)在51.13~61.34℃之间。叶绿素荧光参数和高温半致死温度能准确反映猕猴桃各个品种的耐热能力,根据叶绿素荧光参数和高温半致死温度进行系统聚类分析,可以将武汉地区猕猴桃品种分为3个类群:金魁、经久香为强耐热品种;建香为不耐热品种;米良1号、金艳、金山等为中等耐热品种。
Using 12 cultivated varieties and 2 wild domesticated varieties of kiwifruit(Actinidia chinensis)with a certain planting scale in Wuhan as test materials,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameter F_(v)/F_(m) method and semi-lethal high temperature were used to evalu⁃ate the heat tolerance of kiwifruit.The results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters F_(v)/F_(m) value of the kiwifruit cultivar in Wuhan area ranged from 0.5855 to 0.8155,and the semi-lethal high temperature(LT_(50))ranged from 51.13 to 61.34℃.The chlo⁃rophyll fluorescence parameter and the semi-lethal high temperature can accurately reflect the heat resistance of kiwifruit varieties,and the results of systematic cluster analysis indicated that Jinkui and Jingjiuxiang have strong heat resistance,Jianxiang has the poor⁃est heat tolerance,and Miliang 1,Jinyan,Jinshan and so on have moderate heat resistance.
