摘要
重大突发公共卫生事件下,企业间的组织韧性差异使得企业在逆境下展现出的适应能力全然不同。为此,本研究构建重大突发公共卫生事件下供需环境动荡性对中小型农业企业绩效影响的“SRP”研究范式,即“供需环境动荡性(Shock)-组织韧性(Resilience)-企业绩效(Performance)”范式。运用结构方程模型进行实证分析,得到如下结论:供需环境动荡性可分为供给端动荡性和需求端动荡性两个维度;供需环境动荡性负向影响中小型农业企业的企业绩效;组织韧性在供需环境动荡性与企业绩效之间起到部分中介作用。最后,从“扫描分析、调适匹配、反馈完善、韧性升级”四个阶段,为中小型农业企业有效应对重大突发公共卫生事件维持持续稳定经营提出对策建议。
In the case of major public health emergencies,the difference of organizational resilience among enterprises makes en⁃terprises show completely different adaptability under adversity.To this end,this study constructed the"SRP"research paradigm of the impact of supply and demand environmental turbulence on the performance of small and medium-sized agricultural enterpris⁃es under major public health emergencies,namely,the"Shock⁃Resilience⁃Performance"paradigm.Using structural equation model,the following conclusions are drawn:the environmental volatility of supply and demand can be divided into two dimen⁃sions:supply side volatility and demand side volatility;The instability of supply and demand environment negatively affects the performance of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises.Organizational resilience plays a partially mediating role in the re⁃lationship between environmental volatility of supply and demand and firm performance.Finally,from the four stages of"scan⁃ning analysis,adaptation and matching,feedback improvement,resilience upgrade",countermeasures and suggestions are put for⁃ward for small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises to maintain sustainable and stable operation in the face of major public health emergencies.
