摘要
介绍了硫酸法钛白废硫酸除杂的3种方法,包括直接结晶法、煅烧尾气浓缩法、冷冻法,并进行了评价。通过增加除钛工序和熟化工序解决了除杂过程中铁去除率低和结晶难过滤等技术难题。废硫酸除杂率可达到90%以上,为废硫酸再浓缩或直接应用到其他化工领域提供了保障。
Three methods of removing impurities from titanium dioxide waste sulphuric acid by sulphuric acid method,including direct crystallization method,calcination tail gas concentration method and freezing method,are introduced and evaluated.By adding titanium removal process and ripening process,the technical problems of low removal rate and difficult filtration of crystallization in the process of impurity removal are solved.The impurity removal rate of waste sulphuric acid can reach more than 90%,which provides a guarantee for the re-concentration of waste sulphuric acid or its direct application to other chemical fields.
