摘要
介绍了废硫酸裂解再生联产亚硫酸钠工艺的原理、流程及生产运行情况,针对运行过程中遇到的问题,提出了相应的处理措施。在废硫酸裂解再生装置的基础上增加二氧化硫吸收系统联产亚硫酸钠,不仅有效地改善了烧碱生产所需辅料固体亚硫酸钠在储存和配制过程中的粉尘污染问题,还进一步完善了公司循环经济的产业链条,提高了废硫酸裂解再生装置的经济性,降低了烧碱的生产成本。
The principle,process and operation of co-production of sodium sulfite by waste sulphuric acid cracking and regeneration are introduced,and the corresponding treatment measures for the problems encountered in the operation are put forward.On the basis of the waste sulphuric acid cracking and regeneration unit,the sulfur dioxide absorption system is added to co-produce sodium sulfite,which not only effectively improves the dust pollution of solid sodium sulfite,the auxiliary material required for caustic soda production,in the process of storage and preparation,but also further improves the company’s circular economy production chain,improves the economy of the waste sulphuric acid cracking and regeneration unit,and reduces the production cost of caustic soda.
