环集系统排放烟气颗粒物异常的原因分析及对策

摘要 介绍了环集烟气钠碱法脱硫工艺流程,针对系统出现的烟囱出口颗粒物频繁波动、有时排放超标的问题,通过对电除雾器、喷淋洗涤层、电除雾器冲洗水阀、烟气量及前端炉窑运行情况等进行调查研究,分析出造成系统排放烟气中颗粒物波动的主要原因是前端炉窑加料操作重复、烟气量过大和工艺水杂质较多,并提出相应的解决措施。 The process flow of sodium alkali desulfurization of flue gas from environmental smoke collection system is introduced.Aiming at the problems of the frequent fluctuation of particles at the outlet of the system,and sometimes the emission exceeds the standard,through the investigation and research on the electric demister,the spray washing layer,the flushing water valve of the electric demister,the amount of flue gas and the operation of the front-end furnace,it is analyzed that the main reasons for the fluctuation of particles in the flue gas discharged by the system are the repeated feeding operation of the front-end furnace,the amount of flue gas is too large and there are many impurities in the process water,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
