摘要
介绍了160 kt/a含金硫铁矿制酸装置转化工序的技术改造及效果。针对二次转化SO_(2)烟气温度偏低,一吸塔、二吸塔的SO_(3)烟气温度偏高的问题,增设了Ⅴ_(b)换热器。同时对催化剂进行筛分、更换,采用CB690复合硅酸盐板材及CB680复合硅酸盐涂料混合作为主体保温材料对换热设备保温层进行改造。改造后,转化工序实现了自热平衡,提高了转化工序各段转化率,进而提高了硫资源利用率,有效控制了尾排SO_(2)含量。
The technical transformation and effect of 160 kt/a pyrite containing gold sulphuric acid plant are introduced.Ⅴ_(b) heat exchanger is added to solve the problem of low temperature of SO_(2) flue gas in secondary transformation and high temperature of SO_(3) flue gas in primary and secondary suction towers.At the same time,the catalyst screening,replacement;CB690 composite silicate plate and CB680 composite silicate coating are used as the main insulation material to transform the insulation layer of heat exchange equipment.After the transformation,self heat balance of the conversion process is achieved,the conversion rate of each section of the conversion process is improved,thereby the utilization rate of sulphur resources is improved and the SO_(2) content in the tail gas is effectively controlled.
