药剂法除铊技术在冶炼废水中的应用

摘要 介绍了华时捷环保采用药剂法处理冶炼企业废水中铊的工艺及应用情况。针对不同铊浓度的冶炼废水,在原有废水处理工艺的基础上进行局部改造,采用一级或多级“石灰中和+除铊药剂反应+混凝沉淀”处理工艺和该公司自主研发的除铊药剂,在控制好反应体系的pH值、药剂加入量、混凝沉淀等工艺参数后,铊的平均去除率达99.9%以上,可使出水铊质量浓度稳定低于GB 31573—2015规定的特别排放限值0.005 mg/L。同时,采用除铊药剂联合重金属捕捉剂,对废水中的铅、锌、砷、镉等污染物也有显著的去除效果,铅、锌、砷、镉的平均去除率达92.9%以上。该药剂法除铊技术投资少,操作简单,有利于冶炼企业提高废水的铊污染治理水平,提高周边的环境质量,具有良好的社会效益。 The process and application of Huashijie Environmental Protection to treat wastewater from smelting enterprises by chemiacals is introduced.Aiming at smelting wastewater with different thallium concentrations,local transformation is carried out on the basis of the original wastewater treatment process.Using one or more levels of“lime neutralization+thallium removal agent reaction+coagulation sedimentation”treatment process and the thallium removal agent independently developed by the company,the average removal rate of thallium is more than 99.9%,and the mass concentration of thallium of the effluent is stably lower than the special emission limit of 0.005 mg/L specified in GB 31573-2015 by controlling the pH value of the reaction system,the amount of agent added,coagulation sedimentation and other process parameters.At the same time,thallium removal agents combined with heavy metal capture agents can also significantly remove lead,zinc,arsenic,cadmium and other pollutants in wastewater,and the average removal rate of lead,zinc,arsenic,cadmium is more than 92.9%.The thallium removal technology of this chemical method has the advantages of less investment and simple operation,which is conducive to the smelting enterprises to improve the thallium pollution control level of wastewater,improve the surrounding environmental quality,and have good social benefits.
