摘要
工匠精神的培养逐渐注重与其他领域相融合,尤其是从自然属性到社会属性的转变,更突出其公民性。在高职院校实施分层、立体的工匠精神教育模式,旨在培养顺应时代发展的合格公民,使高职院校工匠精神培育更有实效性。
The cultivation of craftsman spirit has begun to focus on the integration with other fields, especially the transformation from natural attributes to social attributesto highlight its citizenship. A hierarchical and three-dimensional craftsman spirit education model is implemented among higher vocational students, aiming to cultivate qualified citizens who adapt to the development of the times and improve the effectiveness of cultivatingthe students’ craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.
