On the Construction of Park Industrial Colleges in Underdeveloped Areas of Chengdu and Chongqing

现代产业学院作为产教融合高阶联合实体在“产”与“教”协同中具有独特价值。基于内江市的调查发现,在成渝地区双城经济圈经济欠发达地区,以园区为单位建设产业学院能够克服以企业为主体建设产业学院而难以实质运行的困境。推进园区产业学院建设要坚持新发展理念,通过整合需求、整合资源、建章立制、试点示范,实现园区产业学院由理论形态走向实践形态。

As a high-level joint entity integrating industry and education, modern Institute of industry has unique value in the coordination of“industry”and“education”. Based on the survey of Neijiang City, it is found that in the economically underdeveloped areas of the twin city economic circle in Chengdu and Chongqing, the construction of industrial colleges with parks as units can overcome the dilemma of building industrial colleges with enterprises as the main body, which are difficult to operate in essence. In the construction of park industrial colleges,the new development concepts should be adhered to, the demands and resources should be integrated, the transformation of park industrial collegefrom the theoretical form to the practical form should be realized, and the rules, regulationsand pilot demonstration should be made.
