产教融合背景下高职院校专创融合课程建设研究

Research on the Construction of Specialized Creative Integration Curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Integration Between Industry and Education

专创融合课程建设是高职院校创新创业教育体系的重要组成部分。结合国家发展战略、地方产业集群发展实际及复杂的生源结构制定周密详实的人才培养方案,实行“分类培养、分层教学”,改进评价反馈策略,充实创新创业师资队伍,培养符合产业发展需求的创新型人才。

Specialized creative integration curriculum is an important part of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in higher vocational colleges. In the paper, some measures are put forward: a detailed talent training plan is formulated combining the national development strategy, the actual development of local industrial clusters and the complex students’ source and structure;“classification training and layered teaching”are implemented;the evaluation and feedback strategy is improved;the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship is enriched;innovative talents are cultivated to meet the needs of industrial development.
