Discussion on Seismic Reinforcement Design of Old Masonry Buildings

早期的老旧砌体结构房屋在建造时大多未考虑抗震设防设计或采用较低的抗震设防标准,且抗震构造措施也无法满足现行的抗震设防要求,需要在加固前先进行抗震鉴定。文章以上海市闵行区某宿舍楼改造工程中的其中一栋为例,对其结构进行抗震鉴定分析;并在此基础上,探讨砌体抗震加固中的设计思路、方案分析及构件节点加固方法。

Most of the early old masonry buildings were built without seismic fortification design considered or with low seismic fortification standard adopted,and the seismic structural measures cannot meet the current seismic fortification requirements,so seismic appraisal should be carried out before reinforcement.This paper takes one dormitory building in Minhang District of Shanghai as an example to conduct the seismic appraisal and analysis of its structure.On this basis,the paper discusses the design idea,the scheme analysis and the reinforcement method for the joints of the structural members in the masonry seismic reinforcement.
