Research on Correlation Between Building Layout and Summer Comfort

合理的建筑布局形态规划与建设利于宜居城市的构建。采用计算机定量模拟方法,研究了三类典型形态中的10种常见建筑布局基本形态户外的人体舒适度。研究发现,建筑点式布局的舒适度最好,其次为行列式布局中的错开式布局,最后是围合式布局中的全围合式与半围合式1。整个研究范围内,行列式布局中的单元错开式与围合式布局中的半围合式3的舒适性比围合式布局中的半围合式2舒适性好。

Reasonable building layout planning and construction is conducive to the construction of livable city.The computer simulation method was used to study the human comfort of three kinds of typical models at ten layouts.The study found that the best comfort is point layout;followed by staggered layout of buildings in determinant layout,followed by full enclosure and semi-enclosure type 1 in enclosure type layout.Within the scope of the different building layout,the comfort of staggered layout of units in determinant layout and semienclosure type 3 in enclosure type layout are better than semi-enclosure type 2 in enclosure type layout.
