广汇物流股份回购的动因及效应研究

Research on the Motivation and Effect of Guanghui Logistics Share Repurchase

文章选取广汇物流作为研究案例,首先对广汇物流股份回购的动因进行分析,接着运用事件研究法探究广汇物流股份回购事件产生的公告效应,然后运用广汇物流2019~2020年定期报告的主要财务数据,通过纵向对比广汇物流股份回购实施前后的偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力和成长能力指标,探求广汇物流股份回购事件产生的财务效应。研究结果显示,广汇物流股份回购具有正向的公告效应,对营运能力、盈利能力和成长能力具有正向的财务效应,对偿债能力具有负向的财务效应。

This paper selects Guanghui logistics as a research case. Firstly, it analyzes the motivation of Guanghui logistics share repurchase, then uses the event research method to explore the announcement effect of Guanghui logistics share repurchase event,and then uses the main financial data regularly reported by Guanghui logistics from 2019 to 2020 to vertically compare the solvency, operation capacity profitability and growth ability indicators to explore the financial effect of Guanghui logistics share repurchase event. The results show that Guanghui logistics share repurchase has a positive announcement effect, a positive financial effect on operating ability, profitability and growth ability, and a negative financial effect on solvency.
