时下快递行业的发展如火如荼,在促进国民经济增长同时,也易引发舆情信用、疫情防控、权益保障等诸多风险。结合实际情况,在对风险类型作简要介绍后,分析其产生原因主要在于法律供给不充分、基层监管不力和员工职业素质不高等。因此,需要及时整合、完善快递行业现行立法,加大基层协同监管力度,同时强化员工职业素质教育,旨在通过对参与主体的协同规制,有效防范与化解我国快递服务行业潜在的重大风险,促进其健康发展。

Nowadays, the development of express delivery industry is in full swing. While promoting national economic growth, it is also prone to many risks such as public opinion credit, epidemic prevention and control, and rights and interests protection.Combined with the actual situation, after a brief introduction of risk types, analysis of its causes mainly lies in insufficient legal supply, poor supervision at the grass-roots level and low professional quality of employees. Therefore, it is necessary to timely integrate and improve the current legislation of the express industry, strengthen grass-roots collaborative supervision, and strengthen the professional quality education of employees, aiming to effectively prevent and dissolve potential major risks in China’s express service industry and promote its healthy development through the collaborative regulation of the participants.
