高职物流管理专业“双育双融、产教协同”实习实训协同机制探析 被引量:1

摘要 高职院校实习实训是对学生进行职业技术应用能力训练的重要实践教学过程,具有理实一体、突出实践;产学结合、提质培优;提升技能、拓宽就业的特点。目前,高职物流管理专业积极拓展校外实习基地,加大校内实习实训基地建设力度,但仍然存在诸多不足。高职物流管理专业“双育双融、产教协同”现代学徒制实习实训协同机制的实施路径涵盖:构建校内实习实训硬软件协同机制、构建校内实习实训基地建立协同机制、构建校外顶岗实习协同机制,从而促进校企深度融合,双主体合作育人。 The practice and training in higher vocational colleges is an important practical teaching process for students to train their vocational and technical application ability, which has the characteristics of the integrating theory with practice and highlighting practice;combination of the production and learning, the improvement quality and excellence;the upgrading skills and expanding employment;at present, the logistics management major in higher vocational colleges actively expands the off campus practice base and strengthens the construction of on campus practice and training base, but there are still many deficiencies. The implementation path of the modern apprenticeship on the cooperation mechanism for the practice and training of“the double education and integration, the cooperation of industry and education”in the logistics management major in higher vocational colleges includes: Constructing the hardware and software cooperation mechanism of the practice and training in the school;constructing the establish cooperation mechanism of the practice and training base in the school;constructing the cooperation mechanism of the off campus post practice, so as to promote the deep integration of schools and enterprises and the dual subject cooperation in education.
