基于三维认知模型的课程教学改革研究——以供应链管理课程为例

摘要 供应链管理作为管理学课程体系的重要组成部分,已在众多专业广泛开设。通过对安徽省内主要高校和安徽农业大学的教师和学生调研发现,目前,供应链管理课程教学过程中,普遍存在学生学习兴趣不高,知识掌握程度较低等现象。针对这些问题,文章首先进行了致因分析,在此基础上,基于三维认知模型阐述了供应链管理课程的科学内涵,最后,分别从课程体系设计、教学重点、教学方式和考核方式等四个方面,提出了供应链管理教学改革建议。 Supply chain management, as an important part of the management curriculum system, has been widely offered in many majors. A survey of teachers and students in major universities in Anhui Province and Anhui Agricultural University found that in the course of supply chain management courses, students generally have low interest in learning and low levels of knowledge. In order to solve these problems, firstly, this paper analyzes the cause of the problem;secondly, based on the three-dimensional cognitive model, the scientific connotation of the supply chain management course is explained;finally, from the four aspects of curriculum system design, teaching focus, teaching methods and assessment methods, the educational reform suggestions of supply chain management are put forward.
