针对物流管理专业学生如何兼顾专业教学与创新创业教育,培养其创新意识、创业实践能力,经过多年的教学实践,提出了“学科竞赛+项目驱动”的人才培养创新模式,从人才培养模式、平台建设、机构建设、创业项目实战等方面,开展了创新创业教育的研究与实践,形成了虚实结合、软硬相融的创新创业教育新范式。

In view of how to make logistics management students take into account professional teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education, and cultivate their awareness of innovation and entrepreneurial practice ability, after years of teaching practice, the talent training innovation mode of“ discipline competition and project-driven” is put forward,from talent training mode, platform construction, institutional construction and entrepreneurship project actual combat and so on, the research and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education have been carried out, forming a new paradigm of innovation and entrepreneurship education combining virtual and real and the combination of soft and hard.
