摘要
在转炉冶炼过程中获得准确的烟气信息、炉渣信息、火焰信息和钢水信息是实现转炉冶炼过程动态控制的基础。文章介绍了副枪(投弹)系统、烟气分析系统、声纳化渣系统和火焰图像分析系统等常用动态检测及控制技术的原理和应用效果,对比分析了这几种常用检测及控制技术的优缺点,并对转炉不同冶炼条件下的检测及控制技术的使用提出了建议。
In the process of converter smelting,obtaining accurate information of converter gas,slag,flame and liquid steel is the basis of dynamic control of converter smelting process.The paper introduces the principle and application effect of common dynamic detection and control technologies such as sublance(bomb-dropping)system,converter gas analysis system,sonar analysis system and flame image analysis system,compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these common dynamic detection and control technologies,and puts forward some suggestions on the use of dynamic detection and control technology under different smelting conditions of converter.
