关注价值文化的民族经济学新范式

A New Paradigm of National Economics Focusing on Value Culture

进入21世纪以来,世界出现了两种趋势,即经济不断走向全球化,文化越来越多元化。在这一过程中,我们面临两种选择,要么民族文化逐渐走向融合化,要么全球经济不断多元化,这需要既往实践的支持。历史经验告诉我们,经济全球化是一种不可阻挡的潮流,余下的就是寻求各民族文化的互相包容,从而推动人类社会的进步。这就要求多元的文化实现互谅、共容、共存,进而适应经济全球化的要求。本文尝试提出关注价值文化的民族经济学新范式,旨在对民族过程的政治文化效果进行经济学分析,以经济视角阐释民族过程,实现民族文化从互谅、共容,走向融合共存,从而提升人类的福祉。

Since the beginning of the 21st century,two trends have emerged in the world,namely,the economy continues to globalize and the culture is becoming more and more diversified.In this process,either the national cultures gradually moves towards integration,or the global economy continues to diversify.This requires the support of past practices.Historical experience tells us that economic globalization is an unstoppable trend,and the rest is to seek the mutual tolerance of various ethnic cultures,so as to promote the progress of human society.This requires diversified cultures to achieve mutual understanding,tolerance,and coexistence to meet the requirements of economic globalization.This paper attempts to propose a new paradigm of national economics that focuses on value culture.It aims to analyze the political and cultural effects of the national process,explain the national process from an economic perspective,and realize the transition from mutual understanding,tolerance to integration of national cultures,thereby enhancing human well-being.
