去全球化背景下的价值链重构:全球资源编排与本地孵化战略

Reconstruction of Global Value Chain under the Background of De-Globalization:Global Resource Orchestration and Local Spawning Strategy

现阶段我国的全球价值链重构不仅是从低端到中高端的转型升级,更是从“网络参与者”到全球价值链“新链主”的结构性重塑。与当前国际环境去全球化和全球中断的特征,以及中国企业面对的独特挑战相比,全球价值链重构理论研究略显不足。本文从企业层面探讨全球价值链重构中的战略选择,经过对经典国际化理论的反思和梳理,认为关心其他行动者与动态环境观相结合的视角提供了更契合当前国际化现状的理论依据,并在此基础上提出基于悖论思维的全球资源编排与本地孵化综合战略理论框架。

At this stage,the reconstruction of China’s global value chain is not only the transformation and upgrading from low-end to medium and high-end,but also the structural reconstruction from“network participants”to new“chain owners”of the global value chain.Considering the challenges of de-globalization,global disruptions,and the unique difficulties faced by Chinese firms in the current international environment,the theoretical research is relatively insufficient.This paper discusses the strategic choice in the reconstruction of global value chain from the firm level.After reviewing and summarizing the classical IB theory,this paper points out that combining the perspective of caring for other actors and dynamic environment will provide a theoretical basis which is more suitable for the current situation of internationalization,and then proposes a comprehensive theoretical framework of global resource orchestration and local spawning strategy,based on paradox thinking.
