不同等级医院低年资护士的死亡焦虑现状及其影响因素分析

Current status of death anxiety in nurses with low seniority at hospitals of different tiers and its influencing factors

目的探讨不同等级医院低年资护士的死亡焦虑现状及其影响因素。方法选择702名低年资(工作时间≤5年)护士为研究对象,其中三甲医院287名、基层医院415名。采用一般资料调查表和死亡焦虑量表分别调查研究对象的一般情况及死亡焦虑情况,采用多重线性回归分析不同等级医院低年资护士死亡焦虑的影响因素。结果三甲医院和基层医院低年资护士的死亡焦虑总分分别为(47.44±6.43)分和(46.93±5.65)分,死亡焦虑水平均较高。未接受过死亡教育课程是基层医院低年资护士死亡焦虑水平高的影响因素,而有宗教信仰、参与过抢救为三甲医院低年资护士死亡焦虑水平高的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论不同等级医院低年资护士的死亡焦虑水平均较高,但影响其死亡焦虑水平的因素不同,其中未接受过死亡教育课程的基层医院低年资护士死亡焦虑水平更高,而有宗教信仰、参与过抢救为三甲医院低年资护士的死亡焦虑水平更高。

Objective To explore the current status of death anxiety in nurses with low seniority at hospitals of different tiers and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 702 nurses with low seniority(working years≤5)were selected as research subjects,thereinto 287 of them were from Class Ⅲ Level A hospitals and 415 of them from primary hospitals.The general information questionnaire and the Scale of Death Anxiety were employed to investigate the general status and death anxiety states of the research subjects,respectively.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors for death anxiety in nurses with low seniority at hospitals of different tiers.Results The total score for death anxiety of nurses with low seniority was 47.44±6.43 in Class Ⅲ Level A hospitals and 46.93±5.65 in primary hospitals,exhibiting a relatively high level of death anxiety.Not receiving the Death Education curriculum was the influencing factor for high level of death anxiety in low-seniority nurses at primary hospitals,whereas religious faith and participation in rescue were the influencing factors for high level of death anxiety in low-seniority nurses at Class Ⅲ Level A hospital(all P<0.05).Conclusion The level of death anxiety is relatively high among low-seniority nurses at hospitals in different tiers,but the factors affecting their death anxiety level are different,thereinto low-seniority nurses at primary hospitals not receiving the Death Education curriculum have a higher level of death anxiety,whereas low-seniority nurses at Class Ⅲ Level A hospitals with religious faith or participation in rescue have a higher level of death anxiety.
