摘要
针对元甲煤业5#煤层巷道底鼓严重的问题,通过理论分析及现场测试,确定高地应力是引起底鼓的主要因素;拟定对巷道底板采用卸压槽卸压技术治理巷道底鼓,并决定在50107回风巷进行工业性试验;实践中,选择在50107回风巷滞后掘进工作面100 m位置施工宽×深的300 mm×1500 mm的卸压槽并加盖300 mm×200 mm的方形盖板;通过现场监测,巷道底鼓量明显降低,卸压效果良好。
Aiming at the severe floor heave in No.5 seam of Yuanjia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the author concludes the floor heave results from high ground stress by theoretical analysis and field testing and proposes the pressure relief technology with pressure-relieving groove in roadway floor,which has proved to reduce the floor heave remarkably with good pressure relief effect by industrial testing and field monitoring at 50107 ventilation roadway.
