摘要
以首阳煤矿15203工作面回风顺槽过陷落柱为工程背景,对工作面过陷落柱安全掘进理论进行了阐述,包括:综合防治水技术、支护技术和掘进技术;提出在15203工作面回风顺槽采用“直接截割+爆破落煤”掘进技术和“高强预应力锚杆+钢带+锚网+工字钢棚”的支护技术快速通过陷落柱影响区,并用FLAC^(3D)软件对所提出的掘进及支护技术应用效果进行了分析评价。
Taking the engineering background of crossing the collapse column in ventilation crossheading at 15203 mining face of Shouyang Colliery,the paper expounds the safety mining theory,and proposes the mining technology with direct cutting and blasting coal falling"and the support technology with high-strength prestressed anchor rod,steel belt,anchor mesh and I-steel shed to quickly pass through the influence area of collapse column,whose application effect is analyzed and evaluated by FLAC^(3D).
