摘要
针对新元煤矿中厚煤层煤炭回收率较低的问题,提出采用无巷旁充填沿空留巷的方法提高煤炭回收率。采用理论分析、工程类比、现场试验等方法,确定对巷道顶板及非采帮进行补强支护,在工作面回采后,采用密集单体支柱进行支护,同时采用工字钢及金属网进行挡矸支护,使得采空区垮落矸石形成新的巷帮,从而实现无充填沿空留巷的目的,并在3109轨道巷进行现场试验。结果表明:留巷段整体支护效果良好,巷道围岩变形量不大,完全可以满足巷道二次复用的安全使用要求。
In view of the low coal recovery rate of the medium and thick seams in Xinyuan Colliery,the paper proposes the gob-side entry retaining technology without roadside filling,including the reinforcement support scheme for the roof of the roadway and the non-mining side determined by theoretical analysis,engineering analogy and field test,in which dense single pillars for support,and the I-beam and metal mesh are used for gangue support to make the gangue collapsed in the mined-out area form a new road side,so as to achieve the purpose of gob-side entry retaining without filling.The results of field test in 3109 track roadway prove the good overall support effect of the retaining section with little surrounding rock deformation,fully meeting the safe application requirements of the roadway for secondary reuse.
