辛置煤矿厚煤层开采留小煤柱宽度实践 被引量:2

摘要 针对辛置煤矿2#煤层厚度大,工作面间留设保护煤柱尺寸过大,导致煤炭资源浪费严重的问题,提出采用留小煤柱的方法提高煤炭资源回收率。通过理论分析、工程类比及数值模拟的方法,确定2#煤层回采工作面间保护煤柱合理尺寸为8 m。通过现场试验,留设8 m保护煤柱条件下,在2-212工作面回采期间,2-216运输巷锚杆受力稳定,巷道围岩变形量也较小,顶底板变形量最大值为74 mm,平均变形量仅为65 mm,两帮移近量最大值为82 mm,平均变形量仅为58 mm,整体效果良好。 In view of the serious waste of coal resources resulting from the large thickness of No.2 coal seam and the excessive size of the protective coal pillars left between the working faces in Xinzhi Colliery,the author proposes a method of keeping small coal pillars to increase the recovery rate of coal resources with a reasonable 8 m protective coal pillar between No.2 coal seam's working face through theoretical analysis,engineering analogy and numerical simulation,whose field tests show that during the stoping period at 2-212 working face,bolts in 2-216 transportation roadway are stable in force and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is also small with the maximum deformation of 74 mm in the roof and floor,the average deformation of 65 mm,the maximum distance of 82 mm between the two sides and the average deformation of 58 mm.
