摘要 漳村煤矿通过对2802运输巷前方构造进行超前探查,掌握断层基本产状和赋存情况,结合综掘机的自身运行参数,调整巷道施工坡度,减少破岩期间对设备的磨损,并利用锚网索挂+钢带复合支护方式,提升巷道顶帮支护强度,减少巷道围岩移近变形量。实践表明:过断层期间巷道顶底板最大移近量为571 mm,且过断层后,巷道变形逐渐趋于稳定,有效地确保巷道的施工质量和安全。 Based on the basic fault occurrence and the occurrence situation,together with the operation parameters of roadheader through the advanced detection at 2802 haulage roadway in Zhangcun Colliery,the author proposes the adjustment of roadway construction slope to reduce the wear of equipment during the rock breaking,and the composite support with anchor net cable hanging and steel belt to improve the support strength of roadway roof and reduce the convergence deformation of roadway,which can effectively ensure the construction quality and safety with the maximum convergence of 571 mm in roadway roof and floor during crossing fault and less roadway deformation after crossing fault.
