摘要
本文以斜沟煤矿23110坚硬顶板综放工作面为工程背景,分析探讨坚硬顶板条件下综放工作面矿压显现与支架受力特征;对该工作面进行矿压监测后得出:坚硬顶板工作面来压步距整体较大,23110工作面初次来压步距平均为31.5 m,周期来压步距平均为22.2 m,动载系数平均为1.28,工作面两端来压步距大,来压更剧烈,工作面两端头顶板相比于工作面中部更难垮落;工作面支架受力情况为:推进过程中液压支架初撑力大多未达到要求,按照额定初撑力的80%计算,符合要求的液压支架占比只有59.4%,支架初撑力不足;采用方差分析法对支架额定工作阻力进行计算,工作面支架额定工作阻力为14625 kN;验证ZF15000/26/40液压支架选型比较合理。
By analysis of strata behavior and support resistance characteristics at 23110 fully-mechanized caving face with hard roof in Xiegou Colliery,the author makes a conclusion through ground pressure monitoring that the step distance of weighting at hard-roof working face is wholly large with average initial step distance of 31.5 m,average periodical step distance of 22.2 m and average dynamic load coefficient of 1.28 while the step distance of weighting in two ends is larger and two ends and the roof of working face are not easy to collapse compared to the middle part of working face;only 59.4%of hydraulic support in advancing process can meet the requirements of the setting load according to the rated 80%calculation while the rated support working resistance is calculated 14625 kN by variance analysis,which can verify the rational selection of ZF15000/26/40 hydraulic support.
