新陆煤矿-490南11层二段一区风险管控实践

新陆煤矿经过多年的生产实践,安全生产取得了一些成绩,但仍然存在一些问题,体现在缺乏风险防控统一化管理,依赖经验管理为主,效果不能达到安全生产的需求。按照煤矿安全风险分级管控的要求,新陆煤矿在-490南11层二段一区工作面进行全过程专项安全风险辨识评估,对危险源进行辨识,并制定相应安全风险管控措施,并取得良好的效果,保证了煤矿安全高效生产。

After years of production practice,Xinlu Colliery has made some achievements in safety production,but there are still some problems,such as in the lack of unified management of risk prevention and control,relying mainly on experience management,etc..In accordance with the requirements of coal mine safety risk classification management and control,a whole-process special safety risk identification and assessment has been conducted to identify the hazard sources on the working face of No.1 area,the second section of the 11th floor of-490 South in Xinlu Colliery,and corresponding safety risk management and control measures have been also formulated,which achieves good results and ensures the safe and efficient production of the coal mine.
