摘要
在分析当前矿井通风系统现状基础上,从智能通风系统的设计目标、总体方案、测风传感器、调风装置、软件等方面开展了智能通风系统的设计研究,实际应用测试结果显示,智能通风系统运行良好,能全面地对主通风机进行远程操作及控制,通过可视化界面能将设备运行状态及数据进行分析判断及显示,也使得通风系统的供风量更加精准,能耗及设备故障率明显降低,实现了通风系统的智能化运行,具有重要的应用价值。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of mine ventilation system,the paper designs and studies the intelligent ventilation system from the design goals,overall scheme,wind sensor,air conditioning device,software,etc.,which can not only remotely operate and control the main ventilator,analyze,judge and display the equipment operation status and data through the visual interface,but also make the air supply volume of the ventilation system more accurate,obviously reduce energy consumption and equipment failure rate,realizing the intelligent operation of the ventilation system and having important application value.
