定向长钻孔在李雅庄矿工作面瓦斯抽采中应用 被引量:3

摘要 李雅庄煤矿2-613工作面采用高位长钻孔抽放采空区、回风隅角积聚瓦斯,结合现场地质条件,确定钻孔位置、孔距和层位。工作面共布置6组钻场,每组钻场布置3个钻孔,通过监测可知,定向长钻孔相对于普通钻孔瓦斯抽放混合量和纯量有了明显提高,工作面回风巷、回风隅角瓦斯浓度有了明显降低。定向长钻孔施工后对比普通钻孔可知,高位长钻孔工程量和施工周期减少一半,无效进尺少。 High-level long boreholes are adopted to drain the goaf and gas accumulation in the return air corner at 2-613 working face of Liyazhuang Colliery,the borehole location,hole spacing and horizon are determined based on the on-site geological conditions.A total of 6 groups of drilling sites are arranged in the working face,each group arranging with 3 drilling holes.It can be seen from the monitoring that the gas drainage mixing volume and scalar volume of the directional long drilling holes have been significantly improved compared with ordinary drilling holes,while the gas concentration in the return air and return air corners has been significantly reduced.After construction,the amount of high-level long drilling and the construction period are reduced by half,and the invalid footage is less comparing with ordinary drilling.
