摘要 为解决矿井供电线路频繁越级跳闸、故障率高的问题,保证供电系统安全可靠性,小纪汗煤矿研发集防越级跳闸及供电监控于一体的监控系统,通过判断闭锁信号动作或闭锁上级电流速断保护,对供电线路及电器设备参数实时在线监测、操作。2021年该系统应用后,矿井供电系统停电时间较2020年同期减少90%,井下各级变电所实现无人值守,每年可节省劳务费约160万。 In order to solve the problem of frequent override tripping and high failure rate of mine power supply lines and ensure the safety and reliability of power supply system,a monitoring system integrating anti-tripping and power supply monitoring has been developed in Xiaojihan Colliery.Real-time online monitoring and operation of power supply lines and electrical equipment parameters can be achieved by judging the action of blocking signal or blocking the upper-level current quick-break protection,whose application shows that the outage time of the mine power supply system at 2021 is reduced by 90%compared with the same period in 2020,and the underground substations at all levels are unattended,saving about 1.6 million yuan in labor costs every year.
