盐酸氨溴索联合支气管镜用于小儿肺结核的临床价值研究

Value of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with bronchoscopy in children with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:观察盐酸氨溴索联合支气管镜用于小儿肺结核的临床价值.方法:选取2019年10月~2021年10月我院收治的小儿肺结核患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例,两组入院后均采取常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用盐酸氨溴索联合支气管镜进行辅助治疗.观察两组病灶吸收情况,对比两组咳嗽及喘息消失时间,对比两组治疗前及治疗后7d肺功能指标变化及体液免疫指标变化.结果:观察组病灶总吸收率显著高于对照组;观察组咳嗽及喘息消失时间均明显短于对照组;两组治疗前肺功能各项指标无明显差异,治疗后两组肺功能指标均较治疗前显著好转,且观察组显著优于对照组;治疗前两组体液免疫指标对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组体液免疫指标显著改善,且观察组显著优于对照组.结论:盐酸氨溴索联合支气管镜辅助治疗能有效缓解肺结核患儿临床症状,改善患儿肺功能,同时改善患儿体液免疫指标,有效提高患儿免疫功能,值得临床推广.

Objective To observe the value of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with bronchoscopy in children with pulmo-nary tuberculosis.Methods 100 children with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,and the observation group was additionally given ambroxol hydrochloride combined with bron-choscopy for auxiliary treatment.The absorption of lesions in the two groups was observed;the disappearance time of cough and wheezing in the two groups was compared;the changes of pulmonary function indexes the changes of immune indexes before and after 7 days of treatment were compared.Results The total absorption rate of lesions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the disappearance time of cough and wheezing in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group;there was no significant difference in lung function indexes between the two groups before treatment,after treatment the pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were significantly better and the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.Before treatment,the humoral immune indexes of the two groups had no significant difference,after treatment the humoral immune indexes of the two groups were significantly better and the observa-tion group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with bron-choscopy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with pulmonary tuberculosis,improve the pulmonary function,improve the humoral immune index,and effectively improve the immune function of children.The curative effect is exact and has broad application value,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
