精神分裂症照顾者社会支持与患者复发的关联性研究

Study on the relationship between social support and recurrence of schizophrenic caregivers

目的:分析精神分裂症患者照顾者的社会支持与精神分裂症患者复发的相关性,为提高精神分裂症患者的康复水平、降低疾病复发率提供参考依据.方法:采用自制一般情况调查表和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对湖南省某三级甲等医院住院及门诊就诊的266例精神分裂症患者的照顾者进行问卷调查.结果:精神分裂症照顾者社会支持得分为36.44±8.41分,社会支持得分均低于国内常模.二元logistics回归分析结果显示,照顾者的客观支持低、照顾者性别为女性、年龄大、受教育程度低、有宗教信仰、居住地为城市、与患者的关系疏远为患者复发的危险因素.结论:照顾者的客观社会支持与精神分裂症患者的复发呈负相关.通过提高照顾者的客观支持水平可以有效的降低精神分裂症患者复发率.

Objective To analyze the correlation between social support of caregivers of schizophrenia patients and relapse of schizophrenia patients,so as to provide reference for improving the rehabilitation level of schizophrenia patients and reduc-ing the relapse rate.Methods Self-made general survey and social support rating scale(SSRS)were used to investigate the caregivers of 266 patients with schizophrenia in a third-class first-class hospital in Hunan province.Results The social support score of schizophrenia caregivers was 36.448.41,which was lower than the domestic norm.The results of logistics regression analysis show that the objective support of caregivers is low,the gender of caregivers is female,and the age of caregivers is older,religious belief,living in a city,and distant relationship with patients.Conclusion The objective social support of caregivers is negatively correlated with the recurrence of schizophrenia patients.By improving the objective support level of caregivers,the recurrence rate of schizophrenia patients can be effectively reduced.
