“火郁发之”火针点围刺法治疗肝经郁热型急性带状疱疹临床观察

Clinical Observation of Fire-Needle Therapy in Treatig Liver Swelter Type of Herpes Zoster at Acute Stage Based on Theory of Releasing Stagnated Fire

目的:观察火针点围刺联合中西药治疗肝经郁热型急性带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将84例肝经郁热型急性带状疱疹患者随机分为两组。对照组:中西药治疗(内服龙胆泻肝汤为主方,口服泛昔洛韦分散片、甲钴胺片,外用阿昔洛韦乳膏),治疗组:对照组基础上,加用火针点围刺治疗,观察两组临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组在皮损改善方面(结痂和脱痂时间)、疼痛缓解情况、综合疗效,及带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率方面,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“火郁发之”火针点围刺结合中西药治疗肝经郁热型急性带状疱疹患者,比单纯中西医药治疗在缩短水疱结痂、脱痂时间,缓解疼痛,提高疗效方面具有较好的优势,且该方法临床疗效好,安全性高,是治疗肝经郁热型急性期带状疱疹的有效治疗手段。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fire acupuncture combined with Chinese and western medicine on acute herpes zoster.Methods:84patients with acute herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups.Control group:Chinese and western medicine treatment(take Longdan Xiegan Decoction as the main prescription internally,take famciclovir dispersible tablets and mecobalamin orally,and use acyclovir cream externally),treatment group:on the basis of the control group,the treatment with fire needle points around thorns was added,in order to observe the clinical treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of skin lesions(time to stop scab formation and scab removal),pain relief,comprehensive efficacy,and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the“Releasing Stagnated Fire”fire-needle point around thorn therapy combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of liver syndrome in patients with acute herpes zoster,than pure Chinese and western medicine treatment in shortening the time of blister is scabby,scabs,relieve pain,improve the curative effect has a good advantage,and the method of clinical curative effect is good,high safety,is the treatment of liver by wind-cold type of effective treatment of acute herpes zoster.
