电针舌三针联合口肌训练对小儿脑瘫流涎症康复结局的影响

Effect of Electroacupuncture with Three-Tongue Acupuncture Combined with Oral Muscle Training on the Rehabilitation Outcome of Salivation in Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的:对比观察电针舌三针联合口肌康复训练对小儿脑瘫流涎症康复结局的影响。方法:将60例小儿脑瘫流涎症患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用电针舌三针联合口肌康复训练,对照组予单纯口肌康复训练,并于治疗前、治疗结束后对比评估患儿的教师流涎分级(TDS)、Gesell发育量表发育商评分及有效率。结果:(1)治疗后观察组总有效率(93.33%)明显优于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,两组患儿的流涎症状Ⅰ、Ⅱ级例数明显增多,Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级明显减少,两组患儿的流涎症状均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后的流涎症状比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,观察组Gesell发育量表5个功能区发育商评分均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:电针舌三针联合口肌训练治疗小儿脑瘫流涎症康复结局明显优于单纯口肌康复训练,具有协同增效作用。

Objective:To compare and observe the effect of electroacupuncture with three-acupuncture tongue combined with oral muscle rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation outcome of salivation in children with cerebral palsy.Methods:60children with cerebral palsy salivation who met the research criteria were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30cases in each group.The observation group was treated with electroacupuncture with three tongue acupuncture combined with oral muscle rehabilitation training,and the control group was treated with oral muscle rehabilitation training alone.The salivation classification(TDS),Gese ll Developmental Quotient Score,and effective rate comparison of the children were evaluated before and after the treatment.Results:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was significantly better than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the number of grade I and II cases of salivation symptoms in the two groups increased significantly,and the number of cases in grades IV andⅤ were significantly reduced,the salivation symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The salivation symptoms of the two groups after treatment were compared.The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the development quotient scores of the five functional areas of the Gesell Developmental Scale of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation outcome of electroacupuncture combined with oral muscle rehabilitation training in the treatment of salivation in children with cerebral palsy is significantly better than that of oral muscle rehabilitation training alone.It has a synergistic effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
