饲粮中添加酯化植物甾醇对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标、回肠消化酶活性及肠道免疫指标的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本试验旨在探究饲粮中添加酯化植物甾醇(PSE)对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标、回肠消化酶活性及肠道免疫指标的影响。试验选用平均体重为(6.88±0.49)kg、21日龄断奶的杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪120头,随机分为5个组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,PSE-150组、PSE-300组、PSE-450组和PSE-600组分别在基础饲粮中添加150、300、450和600 mg/kg的PSE。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:1)PSE-450组的平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)PSE-300组、PSE-450组和PSE-600组的粗蛋白质、干物质、有机物表观消化率及表观消化能显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。PSE-300组的粗纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。PSE-150组、PSE-300组、PSE-450组和PSE-600组的粗脂肪表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)PSE-150组的血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。4)PSE-600组的回肠α-淀粉酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),PSE-450组和PSE-600组的回肠脂肪酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。5)PSE-300组和PSE-450组的回肠黏膜白细胞介素-8含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。PSE-300组、PSE-450组和PSE-600组的回肠黏膜白细胞介素-10含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),回肠黏膜肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。PSE-450组和PSE-600组的回肠黏膜免疫球蛋白G含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。PSE-150组、PSE-300组、PSE-450组和PSE-600组的回肠黏膜免疫球蛋白A含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加PSE能提高断奶仔猪的平均日采食量、养分表观消化率、回肠α-淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性以及肠道免疫能力,改善断奶仔猪血脂状况。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary phytosterol ester(PSE)on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibilities,serum biochemical indices,ileal digestive enzyme activities and intestinal immune indices of weaned piglets.One hundred and twenty Duroc×Landrace×Large White crossbred piglets weaned at 21 days of age with an average body weight of(6.88±0.49)kg were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates per group and 6 piglets per replicate.Piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet,and others in PSE-150 group,PSE-300 group,PSE-450 group and PSE-600 group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 150,300,450 and 600 mg/kg PSE,respectively.The pre feeding period was 7 days,and the formal period was 28 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily feed intake of PSE-450 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2)The apparent digestibilities of crude protein,dry matter and organic matter and apparent digestible energy of PSE-300 group,PSE-450 group and PSE-600 group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The crude fiber apparent digestibility of PSE-300 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ether extract apparent digestibility of PSE-150 group,PSE-300 group,PSE-450 group and PSE-600 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)The serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol content of PSE-150 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4)The ileumα-amylase activity of PSE-600 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the ileum lipase activity of PSE-450 group and PSE-600 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).5)The ileum mucosa interleukin-8 content of PSE-300 group and PSE-450 group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ileum mucosa interleukin-10 content of PSE-300 group,PSE-450 group and PSE-600 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the ileum mucosa tumor necrosis factor-αcontent was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ileum mucosa immunoglobulin G content of PSE-450 group and PSE-600 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ileum mucosa immunoglobulin A content of PSE-150 group,PSE-300 group,PSE-450 group and PSE-600 group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary PSE can improve average daily feed intake,nutrient apparent digestibilities,ilealα-amylase and lipase activities and intestinal immune capacity of weaned piglets,and improve the blood lipid status of weaned piglets.
