肉鸡玉米蛋白粉有效能值的测定及净能预测模型的构建 被引量:5

摘要 本试验通过间接测热法结合套算法测定爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡对不同玉米蛋白粉原料的有效能值并建立基于理化指标的净能预测方程。选取24日龄体重为(1150±30)g的AA肉鸡60只,随机分为5个组(1个玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮组和4个玉米蛋白粉替代比例为20%的试验饲粮组),每组6个重复,每个重复2只鸡。试验期为7 d,其中预试期3 d,27日龄时转入呼吸测热室适应1 d,28日龄开始3 d正试期。结果表明:1)28~31日龄肉鸡对4种玉米蛋白粉原料的表观代谢能(AME)分别为17.61、19.22、18.56和18.28 MJ/kg DM,净能(NE)分别为9.64、10.29、7.59和11.71 MJ/kg DM,NE/AME分别为55.38%、53.49%、41.18%和64.39%。2)玉米蛋白粉原料NE预测方程为NE=14.575-5.99×粗纤维+2.716×粗灰分(R^(2)=0.988,P<0.01);NE预测值平均值为9.80 MJ/kg DM,实测平均值为9.81 MJ/kg DM,平均差值为0.01 MJ/kg DM,相对标准偏差为0.07%。由此可见,本试验NE预测值与实测值接近,且变异性小,构建的肉鸡NE预测方程准确性较好。 In this study,the effective energy values of different corn gluten meals for Arbor Acre(AA)broilers were determined by indirect calorimetry combined with substitution method,and the net energy prediction equation based on physicochemical indexes of corn gluten meal was established.A total of 60 AA broilers of24-day-old with the body weight of(1150±30)g were randomly divided into 5 groups(1 corn-soybean meal basal diet group and 4 experimental diet groups with 20%replacement ratio of corn gluten meal)with 6 replicates per group and 2 broilers per replicate.The trial period lasted for 7 days,and the pre-trial period lasted for3 days.At 27 days of age,the birds were transferred to the respiratory calorimetry chamber for 1 day,and the formal trial period of 3 days began at 28 days of age.The results showed as follows:1)the apparent metabolizable energy(AME)of the four corn gluten meals of broilers aged from 28 to 31 days was 17.61,19.22,18.56 and 18.28 MJ/kg DM,respectively;the net energy(NE)was 9.64,10.29,7.59 and 11.71 MJ/kg DM,respectively;and the NE/AME was 55.38%,53.49%,41.18%and 64.39%,respectively.2)The NE prediction equation of corn gluten meal ingredient was NE=14.575-5.99×crude fibre+2.716×ash(R^(2)==0.988,P<0.01);the mean of NE predicted value was 9.80 MJ/kg DM,the mean of NE measured value was9.81 MJ/kg DM,the mean difference was 0.01 MJ/kg DM,and the relative standard deviation was 0.07%.In conclusion,the NE predicted value is close to the measured value,and the coefficient of variation is small,so the prediction equation of NE in broilers has better accuracy.
