新时代高校意识形态领域风险防范与治理路径研究

高校意识形态工作关乎中华民族伟大复兴、关乎社会主义办学方向、关乎立德树人根本任务、关乎大学生全面发展。当前高校意识形态领域面临错误思潮向学校渗透、热点问题引发错误观念、课堂纪律失范、论坛报告失调、师生网上舆论发酵、集会活动失控、馆藏图书和校内出版物把关不严、其他突发事件引发意识形态风险八大风险点,必须巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位、深学笃用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、构建高校意识形态工作机制、夯实师德师风建设、强化意识形态工作责任制、抓好意识形态工作队伍建设等路径来治理面临的各项风险挑战,牢牢把握高校意识形态的领导权、管理权、话语权。

The ideological work in colleges and universities is related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the direction of running a socialist school,the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and the all-round development of college students.At present,there are eight major risks in the ideological field of colleges and universities,such as the infiltration of erroneous thoughts into colleges and universities,the misconception caused by hot issues,the anomie of classroom discipline,the imbalance of forum reports,the fermentation of teachers and students'online public opinion,the out of control of assembly activities,the lax control of library collections and campus publications,and the ideological risks caused by other emergencies.It is necessary to consolidate Marx's leading position in the ideological field and to learn deeply about the challenges and risks faced by Xi Jinping in the new era of China's socialist ideology,the construction of ideological working mechanism,the consolidation of ethics and ethics,the strengthening of the ideological work responsibility system and the construction of ideological work teams,and firmly grasp the leadership,management and discourse power of university ideology.
