翻转课堂在金融工程案例课程教学中的应用探析

文章针对目前金融工程专业主要教学模式的利弊进行分析,结合智能金融背景下的金融工程人才素质和能力的要求,阐述金融工程专业课堂教学改革的必要性。翻转课堂是各类院校课堂教学改革的主流方向,基于金融工程专业的学科背景及专业人才培养的特点,将翻转课堂模式在课堂上的应用优势及推广必要性进行研究,并通过翻转课堂教学实践,证实翻转课堂对学生各项能力水平的提升优于传统教学模式。结合应用实践,对翻转课堂教学模式在金融工程专业的应用提出一些建议。

Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the current major teaching mode in financial engineering,combined with the requirements of the quality and ability of financial engineering talents under the background of intelligent finance,this paper expounds the necessity of the classroom teaching reform of financial engineering.Flipping classroom mode is the mainstream direction of classroom teaching reform.According to the financial engineering discipline background and the characteristics of professional personnel training,the application advantages and the necessity of flipping classroom mode in the classroom were studied.And by applying the mode in practice,it was confirmed that flipping classroom mode is superior to the traditional classroom teaching mode for promoting the ability of students.Combined with practical application,some suggestions are put forward for the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in financial engineering major.
