地方应用型本科院校食品毒理学课程思政建设探索

以专业技能知识为载体融入思政内容的课程思政教育是当今高校完成“立德树人”任务的有效途径之一。地方应用型本科高校担负着为地方培养应用技能型高素质复合人才的重要任务,在进行专业知识技能培养的同时如何更有效地进行思政教育,形成专业教育和思政教育的育人合力是亟待解决的问题。文章以食品毒理学为研究对象,探索在专业课程实施过程中如何融入思政教育,在培养学生专业素质的同时达到“立德树人”的目的。为相关专业课程教育与思政教育融合提供参考,提升课堂育人的效果。

Nowadays,the ideological and political education,which takes professional skills and knowledge as the carrier and integrates ideological and political content,is one of the effective ways for colleges and universities to complete the task of"establishing moral integrity in cultivation".Local applied colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating application-oriented and high-quality composite talents for local areas.How to carry out ideological and political education more effectively while cultivating professional knowledge and skills,and how to form a joint force between professional education and ideological and political education is an urgent problem to be solved.This study takes food toxicology as the research object,and explores how to integrate ideological and political education in the professional course implementation process,so as to achieve the purpose of"establishing moral integrity in cultivation"while cultivating students'professional quality.It provides a reference for the integration of professional course education and ideological and political education and improves the effect of classroom education.
