协同发展视角下福州市医疗资源布局优化研究

Layout Optimization Research of Medical Resources in Fuzhou City from the Perspective of Coordinated Development

医疗资源是区域与城市发展的基础性公共服务资源,协同发展视角下探索医疗资源布局优化问题,有助于为公共医疗资源均衡发展提供借鉴参考。本文对福州市13个区市县运用多类型POI数据,通过地理空间方法和匹配协同指数,从分布协同、集聚协同、匹配协同和便利协同4个角度进行医疗资源布局协同分析,并基于区域、类型2个层面讨论福州市医疗资源布局协同优化方向,最终提出医疗资源综合优化、协同发展建议。

Exploring the optimization of regional medical resources spatial layout from the perspective of coordinated development is helpful to provide a reference for the balanced development of public medical resources.Taking Fuzhou City as an example while adopting of multi-type POI data,and through the use of geospatial analysis method and spatial matching synergetic index method,this paper analyzes the spatial layout of medical resources from four angles which are:synergy analysis of spatial distribution,synergy analysis of spatial agglomeration,synergy analysis of spatial matching and synergy analysis of spatial convenience.Based on the three dimensions of regional dimension,typological dimension and integrated dimensions,this paper discusses the future direction of coordinated optimization of the spatial layout of medical resources.Put forward the policy suggestion of comprehensive optimization and coordinated development of medical resources,and strengthen the level of medical resources allocation from four aspects:system,economy,management and technology in the future.
