摘要
随着数字化信息时代的到来,视频监控逐渐被应用于人们生活的各个领域。面对视频监控存在大量冗杂视频与缺乏三维立体视觉感受等问题,本文提出了一种基于Cesium三维场景的监控视频叠加方法。通过OpenCV技术对监控视频进行解析,实现视频播放与关键帧提取,根据监控摄像机镜头参数解算内外方位元素进行定位,最后通过Cesium实现视频监控信号与倾斜摄影生成的三维GIS场景叠加。该方法增强了三维GIS场景下视频信息表达的直观性,改善了视频监控的易读性,有利于提高工作效率。
With the advent of digital information age,video surveillance is applied to all fields of people′s life.Facing the problems of redundant video and lack of three-dimensional visual perception in video surveillance,this paper proposes a video overlay method based on Cesium.Through OpenCV technology,the monitoring video is analyzed to achieve video playing and key frame extraction.According to the camera lens parameters,the internal and external orientation elements are calculated for positioning.Finally,the video monitoring signal and 3D GIS scene generated by oblique photography are superimposed by Cesium.The visualization of 3D GIS scene and the spatial awareness of users are enhanced,the readability of video monitoring and the work efficiencyareimproved.
