摘要 为解决传统征地拆迁工作周期长、效率低、流程把控难、数据汇总难以及信息化低等问题,本文借助地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)、云计算、移动互联等先进技术,对征地拆迁业务进行了全面梳理和分类,构建了征地拆迁管理数据库,开发了征地拆迁信息管理系统,实现了征地拆迁计划和进度、补偿费用管理,征地拆迁数据图文一体化和二三维一体化展示、查询、统计、报表生成以及打印等功能,为领导征地拆迁分析决策提供数据支持,从而提高了工作的效率和管理水平。 In order to solve the problems in traditional land requisition and demolition work such as long cycle,low efficiency,difficulty in process control,difficulty in data summary and low informatization.In this paper,with the help of GIS,cloud computing,mobile internet and other advanced technologies,the land requisition and demolition business has been comprehensively sorted out and planned,the land requisition and demolition management database has been built,the land requisition and demolition information management system has been developed,and the land requisition and demolition plan and progress and compensation cost management have been realized.Land requisition and demolition data graphic integration,two and three-dimensional integration of display,query,statistics,statement generation and printing functions are realized,which provides data support for the leadership of land requisition and demolition to make analysis and decision,thus effectively improve the work efficiency and management level.
