重庆中心城区规划核实测量数据库建设及城市规划建设动态监测

Planning Verification Survey Database Construction and Dynamic Monitoring of Urban Planning and Construction in Chongqing Central City

建筑工程放线测量、基础竣工测量、工程竣工测量三环节规划核实测量形成的大量成果数据,多以文件目录方式存档管理,存在查询统计及再利用不便的问题。因此,通过对重庆中心城区规划核实测量三环节数据成果清理、规范化处理、建库、建立规划核实测量信息化平台,满足共享、分发、更新等工作信息化管理的同时,开展城市规划建设评估分析,为城市规划管理及城市健康运行动态监测提供支撑。本文阐述了规划核实测量信息化平台构建、数据库建设,以及利用平台实现城市规划建设动态监测等内容。

A huge amount of data formed in the three steps of planning verification survey that including the layout survey,foundation completion survey and construction completion survey,are mostly filed and managed in the form of file directory,which leads to inconvenience in query,statistics and reuse.Therefore,through the data cleaning,standardization,database construction in the three steps of planning verification survey and establishment of planning verification survey informatization platform in Chongqing central city,the evaluation and analysis of urban planning and construction is carried out to provide support for urban planning management and dynamic monitoring of urban healthy operations.This paper proposes the design and implementation of planning verification survey informatization platform,database construction,and the method of dynamic monitoring of urban planning and construction using the platform.
